These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, services, and activities provided by Negu Training Center, located at Witte Paal 212, 1742 LA Schagen, The Netherlands. By enrolling in a course, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Negu Training Center (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the participant (“you,” “your”).
1.2 By registering for a course or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3 Negu Training Center reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website.

2. Registration and Enrollment

2.1 Registration is confirmed only after full completion of the enrollment form and receipt of required documentation.
2.2 Course seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.3 Negu Training Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment in case of incomplete information or non-payment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your participation without refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is accepted).
4.2 If cancellation is received:

• More than 14 days before the course: 100% refund

• 7–14 days before the course: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the course: no refund
  4.3 If Negu Training Center cancels a course, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a new date.

5. Attendance and Certification

5.1 Participants must attend all scheduled sessions and meet assessment requirements to receive certification.
5.2 Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course.
5.3 Negu Training Center is not responsible for loss or damage of issued certificates after delivery.

6. Conduct and Safety

6.1 Participants must follow all safety instructions, rules, and trainer guidelines.
6.2 Negu Training Center reserves the right to deny access to training for participants whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the course.
6.3 No alcohol or drugs are permitted during training.

7. Liability

7.1 Participation in training is at your own risk.
7.2 Negu Training Center is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
7.3 We are not responsible for personal belongings brought onto training premises.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
8.2 Data will only be used for course administration, certification, and legal requirements.
8.3 Participants may request correction or deletion of their data by contacting us.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All training materials, manuals, and content remain the intellectual property of Negu Training Center.
9.2 Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
10.2 Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent court in the Netherlands.
