When working on a construction site, in a factory or in another high-risk environment in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, you may be required to show a VCA certificate.
VCA certificates are also recognised in Scandinavia, Austria and Switzerland.
In many places, having a VCA is a requirement before you can even start work.
The Basic VCA course is intended for employees and self-employed professionals (ZZP’s). It is required for most operational positions in manufacturing, logistics and construction.
