When working on a construction site, in a factory or in another high-risk environment in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, you may be required to show a VCA certificate.
VCA certificates are also recognised in Scandinavia, Austria and Switzerland.
In many places, having a VCA is a requirement before you can even start work.

The Basic VCA course is intended for employees and self-employed professionals (ZZP’s). It is required for most operational positions in manufacturing, logistics and construction.

👉 This one-day course prepares you to pass the official Basic VCA exam quickly and with confidence.

Dutch Labour Law Basics

Personal Safety
Learners are introduced to personal protective equipment (PPE), workplace hygiene, and safe behaviour. The focus is on preventing accidents by recognising risks early.

Hazardous Substances & Environment
This section covers the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous substances. It also highlights environmental protection responsibilities on worksites.

Fire Safety
Participants learn about fire risks, prevention strategies, and the use of extinguishing methods. Practical knowledge helps them act quickly in case of fire emergencies.
